HR - Plant Security-Team Member

1.    He must carry out sharp checks on the personnel and the material in his custody and judiciously assess its requirements for the each and every person. He is the custodian of the stores. 
2.    Security job allotment preparation, implementation and theft controlling.3.    Organize daily briefing and de-briefing to all security guards.
4.    He will carry out twice Night checking in his shift duty.
5.    He has to ensure that no wrong information is given to his seniors and no ambiguity prevails in his actions. He must also work with intent to save time and provide assistance at short notice.
6.    He must be diplomatic to the general public and should abide by instructions of laws.
7.    He must be alerted to collect the information and examine its correctness and pass the same to the Chief Security Officer. 
8.    He must not bypass the channel of reporting unless the absence of immediate Superior Officer.
9.    He is liable to maintain the liaison with Civil and other Government Security Agencies to find and report the matters. 
10.   Must have the value of moral and motivation to his subordinates’ specifically supervisors. 
11.   He must not disclose any information of secret value to his subordinates. Continued efforts are to be made to collect maximum information from all the sources and carry out cross check to ascertain the            facts. These facts must be recorded for further investigations and information. 
12.   He will be responsible for collecting the local information.
13.   The position is responsible for implementing policies and procedure on the ground. 
14.    He will be in charge of material management and gate control.
15.    He will insure to entry and exit of all the material and manpower as per policy.
16.    Creation and generation of MIS as per policy and update the HOD.
17.    Organize Security drills on Independence Day and Republic Day.
18.    He will ensure that no drivers, workers, and employees should not enter plant premises in alcoholic conditions.
19.    He will ensure that no malfunctioning should be done in all weigh bridges (1, 2, 3, 4 & 5).
20.    He will supervise the computer operator to maintain SAP & Auto Plant data pertaining to the Security department i.e. Mismatching of data & data not updated in SAP & Auto Plant etc. In this regard, every day he will also submit a report to HOD Security.
