MIS & Back Office - Non Trade Sale

1)Support Non Sales Team to drive Cement Sales Volumes.

2)Assist Non Trade state head in Financial planning & Anlysis, Annual budgeting activity. Monitor & keep a check on all the KPIs for timely action on GAPs, Variance Analysis and enable the sales force to deliver the target.

3)Establish a strong performance review mechanism & control on monthly performance vis-a-vis MBR and support the sales to acheive the targets  

4)Timely MIS Reporting
