·         Planning, Development & Maintenance of Mines as per Legislation.

·         Mining and quality assurance.materials management and manpower management.

·         Supervise shift operation and achieving the targeted production in shift.

·         Expertise in implementing cost saving measures to achieve substantial reduction in terms of man days, production cost, raw materials, etc.

·         Holds the distinction of implementing various quality standards with CBA and techniques for improving the plant operations along with energy conservation for cost savings.

·         Leadership role in cement manufacturing operations, utilize minimum manpower & maximize machine throughput.

·         Effective in analytical & decision making skills, adroit in planning, & implementing process improvement strategy.

·         Ensure  mines safety as per mines act/rules/regulation

·         Supervise and monitoring the crusher operation with ensured targeted Safety,production  and SPC of crusher.

·         Monitoring and control diesel consumption in various HEMMs

·         Implement LEAP-O in Mines to improve reliability of equipments

·         Ensure of mines compliance as per law.

·         Maximum effective utilization of our own equipment.

·         Maintain quality and quantity of stock piles as per desired quality requirement and situation.

·         Initial and Refresher training provide to the HEMM operator and worker.

·         Motivate and encourage the worker and operator to achieving their goals/job.
