Officer (Mining Mate)

• Manpower deployment management for operation of mines & crusher.
• HEMMs deployment & managing operation execution for better yield in limestone production & development work in mines with effective cost & quality control.
• Being a statutory Safety officer & supervision as SI- AM of ACP mines ensuring day to day safety in mines by compliance of mines rules, regulations, acts & byelaws from time to time as guidelines & instructions given in circulars by DGMS. Ensuring timely supply of quality limestone to plant with effective cost control.
• Formulation & implementation of SOP,FLRA& toolbox talk at work sites of mines & crusher. Organizing job related trainings to workers.
• Implementation of 5S, TPM, Leap-O drive in mines & crusher.
• To Check & supervise all mine workings including the contractual mine workings.
• Mentaining records & documentation of production, quality performance.
