  • Responsible for safe and efficient operation of the cement packing plant during the assigned shift.

  • Ensure achievement of shift-wise packing, production and dispatch targets with optimum equipment utilization.

  • Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Logistics and Dispatch teams for smooth plant operations.

  • Ensure strict compliance with safety procedures, SOPs, quality standards and statutory requirements.

  • Plan and deploy shift manpower effectively, including contract workforce, for smooth packing operations.

  • Maintain shift reports, production records, equipment parameters, breakdown details and operational logbooks.

  • Drive housekeeping, 5S, energy efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives within the packing plant.

  • Lead shift troubleshooting and ensure timely escalation of critical operational, safety and equipment-related issues.
