Position: Officer Production (CRO)

Qualification: B.Sc/Diploma or Degree in Cement Technology

Experiance: 1-2 Yrs

  1. To produce clinker & cement volumes from CCR as per target
  2. To achieve all quality parameters during operation of Raw Mills, Coal Mills, kiln and Cement Mills.
  3. To co-ordinate with maintenance , logistics & quality control department for efficient & effective operation during the shift.
  4. To give various operating instructions to shift workmen during shift operation & shut down.
  5. To get the quality & quantity of refractory job from workmen during shutdown of plant.
  6. To keep a close track during clinker loading to complete the loading in time.
  7. To maintain good motivating atmosphere & IR with workmen during shift operation & shut down.
  8. To ensure no loss time accident and no any non-conformance in any of the systems.
