ØDispatch coordination at plant level to warehouses / markets as per plan. - Liasioning with Transporters and CFA’s.

ØCompetition Bench marking. - MIS preparation. - Controlling Distribution costs. - Coordination with cross functional departments &Distribution Managers

ØMonitor VSL / RSL / DSA metrics & focus OTIF for direct dispatches. - Distribution Cost analysis & measures to keep cost under control.

ØRoute & Distance verification / Attending audit observations. - Coordination with Plant team for operational efficiency. 

ØTimely Execution of Direct dispatch percentage. < 24 hours. - Target vs Achievement against monthly plan. - Coordination with Packing plant, production and other departments. - Coordination with Packing plant / planning team for empty bag stocks.

ØCoordination with railways. - Clinker transportation by both road and rail. Meeting the dispatch requirements at GU's. - Training and development of all plant logistics reporting staffs.
