ØCoordinate with transporter representative at plant, transporters for ensuring vehicle availability & dispatches.

ØMonitoring & Achieving dispatch volume as per the monthly/quarterly/yearly plan.

ØMonitor SO/STM ratio in dispatch as per agreed plan at warehouse level.

ØEnsuring all Route/Lead/Freights in SAP are mapped correctly and updated .

ØManaging Transporter agreement, freight reconciliation and timely freight payment.

ØCoordinate with Sales team for day to day activity

1. Road route creation
2. Placement of trucks as per requirement in coordination with transporters
3. Fluency in SAP and advance excel
4. MIS/Report preparation
