Sr. Engineer - Mechanical

Position : Sr. Engineer - Mechanical

Qualification : Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Enggineering

Experience : 5 Years +

1. Ensure execution of defined jobs or tasks. Also perform field investigation, inspections, trouble shooting, performance checks, data compilation, etc.
2. Be sensitive to policies, productivity, safety, training and development, employee relations, etc.
3. Assign jobs to crew members, taking into account knowledge, qualification, and classification.
4. Ensure motivation of employees through proper delegation, participation, recognition and follow-up of suggestions and will further ensure that crew members are treated in a fair and equitable manner.
5. Ensure compliance with safety practices and procedures, availability of safety equipment and that first aid treatment is provided when required.
6. Conduct a monthly Safety meeting with participation from all crew members, ensure actions have or will be taken on items of concern. A review of all the new Incident Investigations for that time period is a mandatory component of the monthly safety meeting. Review the minutes with all employees absent from the meeting.
7. Ensure maximize the availability of the equipments with good preventive maintenance.
8. Perform running inspection and stopped inspection of the equipments to improve the reliability.
9. Maintain all the spare part in ready to use condition.
10. Material Planning run the section as per routine job planning.
11. Ensure to plan shutdown activates to complete the shutdown as per organization time timeline.
12. Action on RCFA and WWBLA in right time with proper planning.

Ensure to achieve the KPI Targets of execution department.
