ØEnsure depot stocking is at optimum level as per demand requirement & CFA handling rate verification- Visit to rake siding /competition benchmarking.

ØHandling rate, godown  finalization as per requirement of Sales.Coordinate with transporter representative at plant, transporters for ensuring vehicle availability & dispatches.

ØEnsure depot hygiene, stocking as per company policy.

ØCoordinate with Plant Logistics Manager and ensuring Direct SO and STM is executed as per plan

ØPrimary freight and Secondary freight benchmarking, Coordinate with Sales, Plant Logistics & Packing Plant team for seamless road dispatch as per plan.

ØNegotiation with transporter along with PLM for freight finalization

ØCoordination with Sales Team on day to day basis for seamless execution
