Promote and sell MBM products to retail shops and expand the retail network to achieve the budgeted sales, DSO and increase market share.

 

  • Responsible for achieving the sales and collection budget within the assigned territory under the guidance of the ASM along with the distributor.
  • Work with distributor, manage his workforce and drive secondary sales.
  • Go in line with the strategies of the sales department.
  • Build & Maintain relationship with top 20 distributor’s customers.
  • Responsible for ensuring that imposed tasks are carried out professionally and practically pursuant to instructions, customer requirements and plans of action in order to ensure that the established objectives are achieved.
  • Promoting the products through different channels i.e. Retailers, Masons, Painters, Contractors & End users, thereby helping the distributor to increase the sales in the assigned territory.    
  • Build up retailer network as per company guidelines, increasing retail visibility and display and thereby increase market share.
  • Handle timely collections by monitoring customer ageing to reduce DSO
  • Provide technical and commercial information about company's products to customers; support distributors/retailers to complete sales routine.
  • Tracking & reporting competitor activities.
