Job Description:

  • Responsible for overall sales target as well as growth for assigned area.
  • Maintain continuous touch base with market, products, competition, tracking the emerging trend and to understand the customer requirements.
  • Minimize Outstanding ( Days of Sales Outstanding)
  • Improve price positioning (Maintain prices/ contribution per tn)
  • Improve customer base (Number of RMC customers & Non-RMC customers) .
  • Improve PPC sales and maintain product sales mix.
  • Extensive travelling required to Monitor and analyze market trends, studying competitor's product and services strategy according to develop marketing strategies
  • Ensure Proper dispatch to the network and customers.
  • Coordinate Brand building activities with consultant, engineers and architects.
  • Organizing and conduction of field trials at new sites with coordination of admixture players, maintaining observation database with different admixtures.
  • Need to build relationship with multiple Govt agencies and generate high volume as per company target.
  • Need to manage a large institutional customer (KEY ACCOUNTS) and ensure better coordination to manage day to day operations with help of plant logistic team.
  • Regular update on online and offline tendering process.
  • Liaison with Govt officials and maintain relationship at all levels to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Logistics/supply chain coordination and should ensure optimum operation/profit customer satisfaction with the customer.
  • Established strong network by appointing Stockiest and Retailers to increase the sale in assigned territory.
  • Developing and maintaining relations with emerging and existing institutional sales coordinators and appointing new one if required.
  • Establish personal contact with key persons in purchase department and project managers.
  • Regular updation about party’s monthly requirement, present stock and expected next purchase time with market mapping.
  • Alarming the party for new order when 80% material of the previous order has been dispatched.
  • Maintain good work environment by creating a highly performance oriented culture.
  • Resolve / handle service and quality related issues proactively.
