Purpose of the job:

 

  • Achievement of sales targets & business development in the area.
  • To identify customer needs per segment and propose products and services to differentiate and create value for the customer and Nuvoco
  • Collection of payments
  • Ensure coordination between the customers & the plant manager to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Adhering the guidelines of Sales Excellence program (LEAP – S)

 

Job Description:

Pre-Sales

 

Enquiry

  • Participate to market segmentation and marketing plan with development of action plan
  • Have a list of prospective customers
  • Achieve targets set by Cluster Manager regarding no of leads
  • Attend each and every customers to covert enquiries into orders
  • Maintain enquiry data in Quote Monitor on a daily basis

Quotation

  • Generate quotations only in standard & approved format
  • Propose technical solution promoting VAPs and service .
  • Maintain NODT set for the area and in case of deviations, take prior written Approval from ASM/RSM before finalizing with Customer
  • Negotiate and get the written acceptance from the client
  • Maintain quotation data in Quote Monitor on a daily basis
  • Identify Credit Risks according to Credit Policy.

Purchase Order

  • Generate Purchase Order (PO) specifying correct requirements, payment terms and product code etc from LRMC Share copy of PO along with Quotation to plant manager
  • Comply with credit policy for customer creationPlant Production Coordination
  • Prepare the next day’s production plan in coordination with Plant Manager
  • Coordinate between Customer and Plant Manager on delivery schedules and in case of any deviation, inform both and get it aligned

 

Post Sales

 

  • Based on payment terms, follow up & collect the receivables
  • For outstanding with more than 30 days and/or those having technical or commercial issues, coordinate  with Customer Accounts Mgt team to get the payment in time
  • Taking feedback from the customer on Services rendered and giving feedback to Plant Manager on a regular basis
  • Attending customer complaints
  • Balanced confirmation on monthly basis
