Position Summary

The Plant Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and profitability for plant-based concrete products by managing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, ensuring timely collections, and coordinating closely with plant operations. The role also focuses on market development, brand building, and promoting Value Added Products (VAP).

Key Responsibilities

Achieve budgeted sales volumes for Normal Concrete, VAP, and BVAP.

Identify and develop new customers through market mapping and lead generation.

Manage end-to-end sales activities including quotations, order closure, and PO management as per SOP.

Coordinate with plant and logistics teams to ensure timely production and delivery.

Ensure compliance with company credit policy and achieve collection and DSO targets.

Maintain accurate and timely updates in the CRM system.

Promote brand “Nuvoco” through strong customer engagement and service excellence.

Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and PRTA guidelines at customer sites.

Capture customer and competitor insights and share feedback with internal stakeholders.
