  1. Preparation and Analysis on Procurement-related MIS
  • Publishing Monthly Labmix Prices by coordinating with regional procurement team and sharing the same with Technical SPOC for updating in Labmix system, and communicate the same with RSM, Finance and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Preparation and Analysis on weekly RM Cost and Nirma Deck
  • Preparation of AOP vs YTD Actual with insights and analysis
  • Preparation of Monthly Performance Review (MPR) Deck – To highlight RM cost performance against month``s MBR Target with region wise and material wise slicing of data, and comments
  • Preparation of Management Review Deck – To highlight current month`s performance on RM costs against last month.
  • Preparation of PSA Tracker – Follow-up with the team for ensuring timely update of the required data.
  • Ad-hoc data points, deck on business outlook, cost reduction plans, etc- as and when required by MD, Business Head-RMX, and Chief Procurement Officer (CPO)
  1. Preparation, Analysis of IBP-related data points
  • Preparation of MBR Deck – To highlight the RM cost projections for upcoming month, with necessary comments, assumptions on opportunities, vulnerabilities, cost reduction actions planned.
  • Preparation of PLT Deck – To review quarterly performance on RM cost against AOP targets, with analysis and further actions on improvements and cost reduction.
  • Preparation of RM Cost Template for SR – Based on RM price projections shared by the regional procurement team and share the same with Regional Finance Controller
  • Preparation of SR Deck - Based on RM price projections shared by the regional procurement team
  • Collate the Internal Cement Requirement from regional procurement team and upload the same in SAP-IBP Module.
  • Coordinate with Nuvoco Cement Team for cement market prices, for the purpose of IR Meeting.
  1. AOP Project Evaluation
  • Monthly Update to be maintained for AOP projects - Savings Calculation, Deck Preparation: Involving collating RM cost data, consumption data, data on alternative raw-material usage, liaison with the Technical and Procurement for insights on what went right and what went wrong.
  1. Annual Business Planning
  • Co-ordinate with the regional procurement team for the cost forecast, plans for upcoming financial year with proper action plans, assumptions, cost reduction initiatives, opportunities, vulnerabilities, etc and develop RM cost forecast, based on above inputs
  • Help the Head-RMX Procurement in aligning the AOP objectives / cost targets within the procurement team.
  1. Develop or assist in the development of automated dashboard & analytics.
