• Compliance to the Lafarge Maintenance Practices of the mechanical department (MPS questionnaire)
• Percentage of Best Practices implemented.

-     Frequency and severity rate of accidents of maintenance personnel and                    contractors.

Maximum reactivity in case of technical incident.
